Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange, or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt.
Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#). Please contact us to obtain an authorization number.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Most shipments carry shipping insurance. Please notify us first before taking any action, and please keep all packaging materials. We will likely request that you email us pictures of the item(s) and the packaging.

We do experience heavy demand for our products during the holiday season. Many of our products are built on demand to ensure freshness and this occasionally increases our fulfillment time. We do process orders in the sequence in which they’re received.  
 

3 Day Select

In stock orders placed by noon Central Time ship same day, guaranteed delivery in 3 business days. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, between 8am and 6pm.    
 

2nd Day Air

In stock orders placed by noon Central Time ship same day, guaranteed delivery in 2 business days. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, between 8am and 6pm.    
 

Next Day

In stock orders placed by noon Central Time ship same day, guaranteed delivery in 1 business day. Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, between 8am and 6pm.

All check-out (including credit cards) is processed through an SSL-secured PayPal gateway. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account.

Gift Cards

Electronic gift cards are available for puchase. They require a recipient's e-mail address. Each gift card is assigned a unique number.

Viewing Orders
To view order history, track orders, create wish lists and write user reviews, consider creating an account with us. While it is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase, we highly recommend doing so to take advantage of all the features available.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. The only information stored in our server is your name, company name (if any), registration date, eMail address, and mailing address. NO PAYMENT INFORMATION IS STORED UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY CHECK THE BOX TO DO SO. We will NEVER disclose or sell your information to anyone.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information are always safe. We use ShopSite shopping cart software. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) used is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

In fact, because ALL check-out is done through a secured PayPal gateway, your credit card information is never seen by any person, except for the last 4 digits.
