Stainless steel 1/2" NPT Female adapter designed to fit ALL models and sizes of Speidel plastic fermenters.
· Can be used at the TOP of the fermenter (replaces airlock)
· Can be used at the BOTTOM of the fermenter (replaces spigot)
· Includes our custom-manufactured silicone V-groove gasket (SKU# 3064) for superior leak-free attachment. Replaces standard rubber gasket provided by Speidel.
Whether used at top or bottom: Uses existing Speidel lock ring for leak-free attachment.
Provides 1/2" NPT Female connection to outside world.
Does NOT provide threaded connection to INSIDE the fermenter (use full coupling for that: SKU# 2930)
The 1/2" NPT connection opens up a world of possibilities: Threaded nipple and other 1/2 NPT male components, Quick Disconnect or Camlock components even TRI CLOVER components!
