Some NorCal Brewing Solutions add-on products for Speidel fermenters (blow off tube, thermowell, etc.) require one additional gasket and lock ring. This item gives you those 2 pieces PLUS an extra spigot assembly in case your original spigot breaks!

Not only did they have the spigots I needed in stock (as apposed to everyone else) but they also shipped it so quickly to Canada across the entire country.

Why not sell collar separately 01/28/2020

I disassembled to use the collar to seal up a Speidel thermowell. This worked well with a Si groove gasket. Not sure why Speidel or a third party doesn't sell the collar separately for this use.

Really just bought these to get a couple of extra collars, the spigots are not really good. Ive had several of them leak slightly when fermenters are full.
