Added this to the 10gal Brew Build kettle, along with the False Bottom and Dip Tube.
The probe sits at the 3.5gal level within the kettle, and sticks in about 5 inches. Thermometer is quite responsive, and accurate - it displays the same readings as a digital thermometer I've got to hand.
The only drawbacks - you have to live with a 6" probe protruding horizontally in your kettle, not an issue, but you can't miss it! If you are brewing <3-4 gal of liquid in the Brew Built 10 gal kettle this will be sitting above your water line.

Looks great and is accurate. Tried it out in various temperatures next to a tested thermometer and is very close.

Nice size and very easy to read. I installed it into my brew kettle and it works great.
