NorCal Brewing Solutions offers you this all-in-one temperature read / aeration assembly for finished wort as it exits the brew kettle.
This aeration assembly features:
· 304 Stainless Steel construction
· Uses 1/2” ID tubing for wort in and wort out connections
· Uses 3/16” ID tubing for oxygen-in connection
· Works in a gravity-fed wort flow set-up, but works best with a brew pump
· Can be used with oxygen tank, filtered aquarium pump air, or any other clean oxygen source
· 3” analog thermometer gives accurate reading of wort temperature as wort flows through the assembly. Features 2” deep probe.
