Order Processing / Fulfillment Days

 

95% of orders for in-stock, non-customized items placed by noon Central Time are processed and ship same business day.

 

Orders for in-stock, non-customized items placed AFTER noon Central Time, and on weekends and holidays, are processed and ship next business day.

 

NOTE: We experience heavy demand for our products during the holiday season, which may result in an extended fulfillment time. We generally process orders in the sequence in which they are received.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEM DELAYS: We always try our best, but once in a while an item (or one of its components) goes out of stock before our web site is properly updated. If this happens you will be notified by email as quickly as humanly possible.

 

Customized Items

 

ANY type of customization to an item, including ANY changes to length, width, height, hole drill location, etc. require additional fabrication time, which MAY DELAY SHIPMENT OF YOUR ENTIRE ORDER by several business days.

 

Please keep this in mind when placing your order and selecting your shipping carrier and shipping service.

 

Shipping Information / Restrictions

 

Continental USA:

All “48 States” qualify for our “Flat Rate” shipping special.

We ship to Continental USA states using:

·         United States Postal Service (USPS)

·         United Parcel Service (UPS)

·         Federal Express (FedEx)

You can specify which carrier and shipping speed you desire at check-out.

NOTE: All “Flat Rate” shipments will be shipped using the carrier and shipping speed of our choosing.

Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO, MPO), Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands:

 

Sorry, but these states and provinces DO NOT qualify for our “Flat Rate” shipping special.

International Shipping Information:

 

When a package is shipped internationally (outside the United States of America) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Final delivery will not occur until charges are paid by the buyer. Such charges are not included in the product price or the shipping and handling cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Packing slips for International shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

Buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for adhering to their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If a product is seized or destroyed by customs, or returned to NorCal Brewing Solutions, we will not be responsible for any losses, be it product or shipping costs. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover additional shipping costs should the buyer choose to attempt a second delivery after the original shipment is returned to NorCal Brewing Solutions.

NorCal Brewing Solutions is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen shipments.  The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with their local carrier for such losses.

NorCal Brewing Solutions is not responsible for mis-delivery due to carrier error, or incorrectly provided shipping information.

 

Choosing a Carrier and Shipping Service:

We ship from California. Shipping speeds and delivery times vary drastically based on your delivery destination and the carrier and shipping service you select.

The shorter the delivery time frame and the further away the delivery address is from our warehouse the more expensive the shipping charge.

To help you decide which carrier, delivery timeframe (and therefore shipping service) you should choose we provide the following links, pre-populated with our ship-from address:

Payment

 

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

All check-out (including credit cards) is processed through an SSL-secured PayPal gateway. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Returns & Replacements

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange, or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt.

Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#). Please contact us to obtain an authorization number.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Most shipments carry shipping insurance. Please notify us first before taking any action, and please keep all packaging materials. We will likely request that you email us pictures of the item(s) and the packaging.

While we make every effort to accurately price all items on our web site, all prices and shipping weights are subject to change.

Gift Cards

 

Electronic gift cards are available for puchase. They require a recipient's e-mail address. Each gift card is assigned a unique number.

 

Viewing Orders

 

To view order history, track orders, create wish lists and write user reviews, consider creating an account with us. While it is not necessary to create an account to make a purchase, we highly recommend doing so to take advantage of all the features available.
