Perfect custom solution

I contacted NorCal Brewing Solutions asking for a custom setup and Jay quickly replied with a solution. He put together a 2" tri clamp Tee fitting with a thermowell, gas-in and racking cane out for fermenting in a keg and pressure transferring the beer. All for a reasonable price and offered free shipping.
The welds were clean and all the parts worked perfectly. After a quick assembly (Teflon tape on the threads), I put it to work fermenting an IPA. So far so good!
Very easy to work with, easy ordering process, and fast shipping. I will definitely refer NorCal to brewing friends.

This team is simply the best. Excellent customer service, and custom work. i didn't have a large issue, but something unique I wanted in my set up. It was around $100 each for two parts that I would have to swap during a brew. Jay Bird and the team custom made a single part for a cheaper price MINUS the extra swap step. might not mean much to others, but this part and this team's support was simply the best.

Needed a solution for an automated mash stirrer for 2BBLSof decoction mash and had a idea but didn't have the means. Called NorCal and Jaybird took it and ran with it. Within a short time I received the custom paddle and love it. Its expertly made and I couldn't be happier. If you ever need any fabrication for your brewing needs look no further than NorCal.
