This is basically our 1.5" Tri Clover Compression Tube (SKU# 2539) married to our Sparge Diffusion Arm (SKU# 202) but allowing for custom length and height to fit your mash tun EXACTLY the way you want!
STOCK LENGTH from inner tri-clover face to outer bend of tube: 8-3/4"
STOCK HEIGHT from bottom of sparge plate to outer bend of tube: 4"
MINIMUM LENGTH from inner tri-clover face to outer bend of tube: 6-1/4"
MINIMUM HEIGHT from bottom of sparge plate to outer bend of tube: 3"
WHEN CONSIDERING LENGTH: Remember to measure and take into account the length of the FERRULE on your mash tun! The ferrule and gasket will typically add 1-1/4" of extension.
· An example:
Mash tun is 15" in diameter. Center is 7-1/2".
Length from mash tun ferrule to outer bend is 7-1/2" + ferrule length and gasket (1-1/4") = 8-3/4" (the standard size)
CHARACTERISTICS and SPECIFICATIONS:
· 304 Stainless Steel
· Heavy duty tube is .5” outer diameter. Resists dents and bending.
· 1.5” tri-clover connection on outside
· 1.5” tri-clover connection to mash tun
· Length between outer edges of facing tri-clover fittings is 1-5/8”
· Standard over-all length (including compression fitting) is 8-3/4”
· Standard over-all height is 4”
· All measurements are targeted to within 1/8”
